Q & A...

Q. Growing up, is this what you thought you would be doing? Or if not, what was your dream job as a kid?

A. When I was a kid I thought grown ups ”had it all together” now I see that a lot of grown ups are still kids who just look like grown ups but have all sorts of thoughts, needs and fears that can have them behaving like kids in no time at all. My dream job as a kid was “vampire slayer”. Not sure about the job opportunities, long term career prospects, pay or conditions of that one...

Q. If you could only eat one dish for the rest of your life, which would it be?

A. Oh this could not happen! I am definitely not a one dish person. I am all for a platter or degustation

Q. One thing you love that everyone else dislikes is?

A. Gargoyles

Q. If you could have a dinner party and invite any four people, dead or alive, the guest list would be?

A. Jesus, Nelson Mandela, Eleanor Roosevelt, Ghandi

Q. What would you do if you won $50 million in the lottery?

A. Establish a charitable organisation and use the earnings on invested funds to assist in health and education outcomes; oh and travel, definitely travel!
