Our Graduate Solicitor Program

We are excited to launch the Gordon Garling Moffitt 2025 Graduate Solicitor Program starting at the University of New England Farming Futures Careers Fair. Vanessa Gibson and Rachael Power will be returning their university to encourage Graduates with a university degree in Law to apply for our program.

The program includes:

✔️ Relocation grant to help successful applicants with the cost of relocating to Young or Grenfell;

✔️Option to undertake the Practical Legal Training component of your qualification (if required);

✔️Admission to the Supreme Court of NSW (if required);

✔️Application for membership of the NSW Law Society and practising certificate;

✔️Ongoing Continuing Professional Development in a variety of areas relevant to the practise of law in a rural and regional area;

✔️Mentoring by a Partner of the firm for the duration of your employment together with the ability to work with Solicitors and support staff with years of experience;

✔️Direct contact with clients in a variety of legal areas;

✔️Enrolment in the LawCover New Lawyer Acceleration Program to help you develop the skills and attributes necessary to be successful in a fast paced and diverse legal practice;

✔️Competitive Salary;

✔️Assistance in finding accommodation;


✔️On the job training in file management, client communication and proper record keeping;

✔️1 year membership to a sporting club or other organisation within the local community.
