“I love being part of this particular rural community. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.”
Andree has over 25 years of legal experience and practices predominantly in the areas of business law, property purchases, leases, share-holder agreements and succession planning. She has been a lawyer at Gordon Garling Moffitt since 2001 and considers herself to be practical, understandable and timely in her advice.
Andree and her husband also run a diverse family farming business giving her a unique understanding of the issues that regional and agricultural business face. She is an involved member of NSW Farmers Association and in 2020 was recognised by Australian Pork Ltd as one of five influential, regional woman ‘paving the way in pork’.
Andree has lived in Young for most of her life along with her parents and grandparents. She loves being part of our local community and of course, being a farmer herself, has a particular passion for the rural sector. Her children attend (or attended) school in Young where she is involved in the school P&C and a number of junior sporting clubs.
In her role as a lawyer at Gordon Garling Moffitt she believes that her understanding of the needs of the business community, the farming community, family farmers and employers is what contributes to getting the best results for her clients.
Outside of law, farming and family, Andree enjoys gardening, skiing, reading, drinking wine and eating cheese.
